At Duromill, we prioritize getting your essential goods to you efficiently while maintaining our strict quality standards. This policy outlines how we handle shipping and delivery.

1. Shipping Costs

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $109 worldwide.

For orders under $69, our shipping rates are:

  • United States: Standard Shipping is $15, and Express Shipping is $29.

  • International (Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, Africa): Standard Shipping is $12.

Note: Free shipping applies to Standard Shipping only.

2. Delivery Time Frame

Please note that the total time to receive your package is calculated as follows:

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

A. Processing Time (Quality Assurance)

Before we ship, every item (especially our structured headwear) undergoes a final inspection to ensure it meets our durability standards.

  • Standard Processing: usually takes 5 business days.

  • Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time and does not include weekends or holidays.

B. Shipping Time & Estimates

Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated delivery time depends on your location. Please refer to the table below for standard shipping estimates:

Note: These are estimates provided by our carrier partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal delays, or weather conditions.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Duromill is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International Orders: Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
