Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Duromill. We stand behind the structural integrity and quality of our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period & Eligibility
You have 15 days to request a return after receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

It must be in the original packaging.

It must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must have all original tags and labels attached.
Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at service@duromill.com within the 15-day window.

Provide your Order ID and the reason for the return.

For defective or damaged items, please include clear photos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

Note: A tracking number for the returning parcel is required to process your refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs
We believe in fair responsibility. The cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Duromill's Responsibility (We Pay): If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods, or manufacturing defect), we will cover all return shipping costs.

Customer's Responsibility (You Pay): If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., size doesn't fit, changed mind, or "doesn't feel right"), you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The original shipping cost (if any) is non-refundable.
4. Refunds (Processing Time)
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse:

Inspection: Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

Notification: We will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Payment: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at service@Duromill.com.
5. Order Cancellation
We understand that plans change.

Timeframe: We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase.

Procedure: Please submit an order cancellation request to our customer service via service@duromill.com immediately.

Shipped Orders: We will NOT accept order cancellation requests if the order has already been shipped. In this case, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and initiate a standard return.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Final Sale items: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Clearance items: Unless defective or damaged, clearance products are final.
